Big Sur Publishing aims to provide a complete, prompt and personal service. Our business and reputation has evolved through looking after our customers. We aim to provide the same quality of service through our website. As such our website needs to meet with minimum legal requirements, standards we feel we will both meet and surpass.

Delivery

All prices are for delivery to UK only. For delivery outside the UK please call us directly on (+44) 1233 713110 and we will discuss your requirements. Delivery is normally next working day after the order has been processed. We do however run out of some stock occasionally but will do our best to dispatch all orders where we can within three to five days from confirmation of order.

Customer Support and Service

You can call our customer support and service number between 9.00am and 5.00pm UK time Monday to Friday with you product questions or enquiries. If we are not in our answer phone will pick up your message and we will contact you during the next working day. Calls are charged at normal UK landline rates from whichever provider you use for your call eg. BT. Complaints Procedure

In the unlikely event of a complaint against Big Sur Publishing we will do our utmost to deal with it quickly, fairly and effectively. We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days, by E-mail or telephone and will then inform you of how long our investigations will take to resolve your complaint . Cancellation rights

The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 says that you can return unused and undamaged goods to us within seven working days of delivery for a full refund. We will refund to you also any costs involved in posting the goods back to us.

Security statement.

When you come to pay for the items in your shopping cart you will click on the 'Checkout' button and fill in forms with your shipping details. You are then transferred to a page to submit your credit card details. You may get a warning message saying you are about to be transferred to a secure server. Here the web address begins with https:// where the 's' indicates you are on a secure server. Also a small image of a padlock appears in the bottom right of your internet browser.

I am still not sure, do you offer an alternative way to pay?

YES of course we do! You can Phone us, Fax us, or send your details by post. We need your card number, expiry date, and if paying by Switch, the issue number. You can also contact us and arrange to pay by cheque.

Do you accept personal cheques?

We accept cheques drawn on a UK bank for £ Sterling, allow time for clearance

Do you ship out of the UK?

At the moment we do not. If you do have an enquiry for delivery outside the UK please call us directly on (+44)1233 713110 and we will discuss your requirements.
